PROCESSING TIME

Orders are generally processed for shipment within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and holidays. Delivery time begins after the carrier receives the package.

Available shipping methods and final rates are displayed before payment. Carrier delivery estimates are not guarantees and may change because of weather, holidays, address issues, or other conditions outside our control.

TRACKING AND ADDRESS CHANGES

When tracking is available, it is sent to the email address entered at checkout. Please verify your address before ordering. If you notice an error, email team@supplykimmy.us immediately with your order number; changes cannot be guaranteed after processing begins.
